how to assure that you are a good programmer

In only two thing you have to be strong .
1)first is nothing but by debugging all kinds of programs.
2)next thing is nothing but finding out the black holes where the program fails .
If you are good in that => you are a good programmer
3)last but not least you should have sound knowledge about coding standards
